Event: Trends in Biological Sciences 2025 (TIBS 2025) — 08–10 December 2025, Convention Center, Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU), New Delhi, India.

1) Acceptance

By registering or attending, you agree to these Terms, the Cancellation & Refund Policy, and the Privacy Policy.

2) Registration & Categories

  • Categories and fees are published on the site; early-bird and late windows apply (e.g., student, PhD/Post-doc, faculty/scientist, corporate, international tiers).

  • You must provide accurate details; student/discounted categories may require valid proof at badge pickup.

3) Payments & Taxes

  • Seat is confirmed only after successful payment.

  • Applicable taxes, gateway/bank/FX charges are borne by the registrant.

4) Access & Badges

  • Badges are personal and non-transferable unless a substitution is approved (see §7).

  • The Organizer may refuse entry or remove attendees who breach these Terms or venue rules.

5) Program Changes

  • Agenda, speakers, schedule and format may change; material updates will be posted on the website or emailed to registrants.

6) Code of Conduct

  • Professional, respectful behavior is required. Harassment/discrimination is not tolerated.

7) Substitutions

  • Like-for-like substitution from the same organization permitted until 30 days before Day 1; email the support contacts.

8) Cancellations & Refunds

  • See the Cancellation & Refund Policy below for timelines/percentages.

9) Visa Letters

  • May be issued after full payment. Visa refusal does not automatically qualify for a refund beyond policy terms.

10) Abstracts & Presentations

  • Presenting authors must be registered. Unpaid/cancelled registrations may lead to program removal at the Organizer’s discretion.

11) Liability & Force Majeure

  • The Organizer is not liable for delays, changes, or cancellations due to events beyond reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, public health emergencies, government actions). If moved online or postponed, registrations may be carried forward/credited at the Organizer’s discretion.

12) Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • Governed by the laws of India; courts at New Delhi (Delhi, India) have exclusive jurisdiction.
