  • After registration upload the pdf in the abstrat section as per instructions

Poster Presentation Guidelines

  • Poster Size: 4 feet (vertical) × 3 feet (horizontal)

  • Session: There will be an exclusive session dedicated to poster presentations.

  • Evaluation: Posters will be judged by experts.

Criteria for Judging Posters

I. Visual Components

  • Clarity and quality of presentation

  • Appropriate level of details provided

  • Legibility and ease of understanding graphics and data

  • Logical layout and flow

  • Well-organized and easy to follow

  • Effective use of data, tables, graphs, photos, drawings, etc.

  • Minimal text overload

  • Poster understandable without additional explanation from presenter

II. Presentation

  • Ability of applicant to discuss the work in context of relevant literature

  • Ability to respond effectively to questions

III. Relevance / Significance / Impact of Study

  • Connection of results to existing studies or potential extensions

  • Scientific and/or human importance explained

  • Indication of future research directions

IV. Problem and Hypothesis / Framing of Issue

  • Clear statement of research question and hypothesis

  • Originality and novelty

  • Appropriate methods and analysis

V. Interpretation of Results

  • Proper interpretation of data

  • Appropriate conclusions drawn and explained

  • Conclusions remain within the scope of presented data
