International PhD/Post-doc: ₹10,000 early, ₹15,000 late. International Faculty/Scientist: ₹15,000 early, ₹20,000 late.

1) Attendee-Initiated Cancellations

Email your request from the registered address to tbs2025microbs@gmail.com (or WhatsApp +91 8076233525).

Refunds on base registration fee (gateway/bank/FX fees and add-ons are non-refundable):

50% refund for cancellations on or before 19 October 2025 (≥ 50 days before Day 1).
25% refund for cancellations from 20 October 2025 to 07 November 2025 (31–49 days before Day 1).
No refund for cancellations on/after 08 November 2025 (≤ 30 days before Day 1).

2) Substitutions

Free like-for-like substitution from the same organization until 01 December 2025 (7 days before Day 1).

3) Refund Method & Timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after confirmation (bank/FX timelines may vary).

4) Organizer-Initiated Changes

If postponed, moved online, or materially modified due to force majeure, the Organizer may offer deferral/credit/other remedies; details will be announced if applicable.
