How to Join TIBS 2025

1. Create your account →  2. Complete registration & payment → 3. Submit your abstract.

Before you start (2–3 minutes)

Have these handy:

• Your full name and affiliation

• Paper title (≤ 50 words)

• Abstract text (≤ 300 words) in pdf format

• Co-author names & affiliations (if any)

• A payment method (UPI/card/banking option shown at checkout)

1) Create your account

1. Go to Create Account.

2. Choose Create Account, enter your details, then agree to the terms.

3. Check your email and verify your address (look in spam/junk if needed) email may take upto 5 minutes to reach your inbox.

4. Return to tibs2025.com and Sign In.

Trouble verifying? Use “Resend verification” on the sign-in page or contact us via the Contact page on the site.

2) Register & make payment

1. While signed in, open Registration (or Register Now).

2. Select your category (e.g., Student / Academic / Industry) and any add-ons you need.

3. Click on Pay Now button.

4. Choose a payment method and Complete Payment.

5. You’ll see a confirmation screen and receive a payment receipt by email.

6. Your invoice/receipt will also be available in your account dashboard.

Payment didn’t go through?

• Try a different card/method, confirm 3-D Secure/OTP, or speak with your bank.

• If you were charged but didn’t see confirmation, contact us with your payment reference.

3) Create & submit your abstract

1. Go to My Submissions → New Abstract.

2. Enter:

   • Title (≤ 50 words)

   • Author name(s)

   • Affiliation(s)

   • Abstract body (≤ 300 words)

3. Select a theme, and choose presentation type and award category (if applicable)

4. Please follow the word limits and formatting requirements strictly. Any violation may result in rejection of the abstract.

5. Upload the abstract in pdf format as per the sample given there (avoid heavy formatting). 

6. Save Draft to review, then Submit when ready.

7. You’ll see the status as Submitted and get an email confirmation.

Editing: You can edit while the abstract is in Draft. After submission, edits may be limited—reach out via Contact if you need a change.
